Hi, I’m Karlin! Welcome to Growing Forward Coaching!

I believe that every person has inherent value and unique gifts to offer the world. It brings me joy to walk alongside others as they uncover who they were created to be. If you are looking for a coach who will give you advice or tell you what to do, I am not your person. But if you're seeking someone who will guide you in self-discovery- someone who asks thoughtful questions, listens with care, and celebrates both your big and small wins- I would be honored to journey with you. 

I am a Certified Enneagram Coach and an AACC Certified Mental Health Coach, enabling me to understand the strengths and challenges different people might have. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and held various roles in the social service field before becoming trained as a coach. 

My husband and I are the parents of three amazing teenagers and live in Bozeman, Montana. In my free time, I enjoy reading, and hiking with my dog, Lou.
